Today it's the release day of the cute Peekers 2 Collection over at SCACD.
Do you have a favorite already or are you in love with them all??
I have a hard time choosing just one - but I guess that's how it always is when you see a new collection by Elisabeth Bell ;-)
Sorry for being so quiet lately - but I'm enjoying vacation and have had a lovely family from Switzerland visiting us for a couple of days. We also went to Vimmerby to meet the kids favorite - Pippi Longstocking - at Astrid Lindgren's World. That was a lot of fun - even for us adults ;-)
As you might know - we are having a BnW challenge going - called "Complimentary colours". I hope you get time to join us. You still have some time left until this challenge ends.
This is the card that I made for the challenge - using the supercute Fairy Wishes.
Hope you like her and that you join us for the fun.
A very short post from me today - since we've just returned back from a mini-vacation in Denmark and I def. need to go to bed so that I can take care of that big laundry pile tomorrow...*lol*. I had planned to post these cards earlier this week - but the internet connection would not work from where we stayed - so........
Anyway - I decided to create 2 quick mini cards with as little embellies as I possible could. Hm.....hard - but it went fine - especially since I had these 2 cute images to work with from the "vault" over at SCACD. I really wanted them to be in the focus - so that's why there are no embellies + I also had requests for mini cards - not my usual 6x6.
It's Isac's b'day today! Our little guy turns 5 - time really flies.
Well - I can tell you - it's been a loooooong week for Isac this week. He has been longing for this day and also for the b'day party we're having for the family today with all the aunts, cousins and of course Grandparents.
I made him this card - using Travis from InStyle stamps. I attended a scrapevent and there we were challenged to create a card or layout with a song or movie in mind. Well - the song that we here everyday is Popular by Eric Saade - a Swedish Singer. Isac loves his music and also try to copy Eric's dance moves.
Well - I need to go and prepare for the b'day party now - so have a great weekend everyone!
Today I have a very short post for you today. Yes - I'm officially on vacation from the office and I'm really going to try to spend as much of it outdoors. Luckily it's not getting that dark during the evenings and nights here in Sweden yet - so that's when I get to craft a little bit. Enjoying that - listening to the radio. Sometimes I even take my copics with me out in the garden - just to colour while I'm having a cup of coffee ;-)
So what how do you keep your crafting alive during the Summer break?
It's my first day on my Summer break from the office and yes - the sun has been shining - so I'm one happy lady :-)
Today I would like to show you a card that I made for a newborn little girl (the first granddaughter to one of our neighbours and friends).
Of course I had to colour Sweet Dreams ;-) with my copics.
This was also the card that I planned for the BnW Challenge - flowers and pearls. So ladies - head over and join us in our BnW Challenge. Looking fwd to see what you create.
Susana is having one of her great moments again and she's releasing new images from the "Vault".
Check out the store blog for more details and what DT blogs to visit for the inspiration.
And then - as always - make the stop over at SCACD to get your hands on these new cuties.
Kramis and happy Friday to everyone! I'm celebrating tonight since my vacation period starts today!!!!
YEAH - that means more time for family, friends, the beach and crafting.
