X-mas in July

That's the challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. That means that I might be ready in time this year with my X-mas cards *lol*.

I decided to colour this cute little Miss Anya from GF - that's available from Roses on Paper.
Coloured her with my copics. I must say - it's not always easy to colour the Reds - since I think they tend to bleed. Any tips regarding this?

Used my Basic Grey DP, added some flower soft (white and baby blue) and the sentiment from Aud Design. I also added the cute snowflake charm that I've got from my sweet friend Marlene.

Wanted the layout to be very clean - don't know - but it seems like I am back to basics again ;-) Hope you like it and are having a wonderful Sunday.

I'm also singing Happy B'day for my sweet DT friend Rosette. Have a great day sweetie!

Sweet little one

My order arrived safe and very fast from Roses on Paper. Sometimes I believe that Hawaii is the city next to where I live - because normally the mails from Summer arrives faster than a local one within Sweden *lol*. Do you have a private RoP Charter Summer???

I knew I needed to have Flutter Anya - isn't she adorable??

Coloured her with my copics. Used the DPs from Basic Grey Sugar. Cut out the paper flowers with my punches, chalked the edges with pine cone and added the center bling from Bling it.
Added some shimmerz on her wings and stickles to her little top.
The little charm is from my stash - attached with scrapperfloss to the Basic Grey Brad.
Sentiment from SU.
Hope your week has started well.

You make me smile

We had a Monochrome challenge at the Scrapevent. I decided to go for green - not the colour that I use the most, but.....I think it turned out rather cool or what do you think?
Picked up my Sweet little Rockstar Anya from RoP. Coloured her with my copics - all in green shades. Cut her out with my nesties. Added some prima flowers and white roses.
Must say that I wouldn't have made the greens to match that well if I hadn't had the SU DPs that I got from my sweet friend Elizabeth. They are sooo great - always matching perfectly as well as the ribbon.
The sentiment is from my sweet Norwegian friend - Aud's Design.
And yes - needed to have some green stickles - since she is a rockstar - right ;-))
Oh - almost forgot - added some dew drops as well.
Also - make sure that you check out the news that Summer has ready for you as well as the returning guest program.
Hope you will have a wonderful weekend.

More Miss Anya

Just a quick post from me, since I need to be in bed early today (tons of work ahead in the office tomorrow - so I better be up bright and early.....).

As I told you yesterday - I needed to ink up all the Anya's from RoP this weekend. They are so fun to colour and work with. Love this little posh ladies...... ;-)

Anya is coloured with copics. Cardstock and ribbon from SU, flowers from stash as well as spacers. The wonderful DPs from the Basic Grey paperpads - just can't get enough of them.
I wanted to keep the card clean and simple to make the DPs and Anya shine;-)

Hope your Monday was great!

Hugs and Kisses

Hope you have had a wonderful weekend. They are gone too fast - as always. Today my sweet Dad turns 65 - so Happy b'day Daddy!. We celebrated him yesterday - which was fun.

Today I have been able to actually do the laundry, cook, play outdoors with Isac and Petar in the snow and create some cards. A perfect day!! ;-)) We even had our own After-
ski outside the house - enjoying the snow and the sun...hihi......

I was so happy that I got the time to ink up the sweet Miss Anya's from RoP. I think they are just perfect for teenagers and those of us that feels like teenagers ;-)) Coloured her with copics. CS from SU and DPs from the lovely Basic Grey paperpads.
Sentiment from SU. I also got to use my new nesties from Susana's and the corner shapabilities. Love, love, love them. Dew drops from RoP and heart charm from stash.
I chalked the edges - not sure if you can tell. And - I almost forgot - I got to use my new heart punch from SU.

Normally I complain that it's too dark when I get around to take my pics - well today the sun was shining through the window and - yes...you can tell by the shadows..... I decided to show it anyway - need to share some sunlight with all my readers...hihi.....

A day to remember - Playing in the snow

That's what we got the chance to do Friday evening - when we finally had some snow coming over from UK I guess (thank you Marlene ;-). It did not last long - it melted during the night, but it's still a little bit white on the ground....
Anyway - wanted to share some pics of us making this cute Snowman with Isac. It was dark outside - so the quality of the pics are not the best, but I hope you can see that we had fun and that it was cold (see my red nose :-))

I also made this card at the scrapevent. The papers are from Roses on Paper - I love these DPs - and thought I could use them now - even though it's not X-mas time.

Decided to colour Charlie from WoJ with my SU markers (stamped him on aquarelle paper) and aqua brush. Sentiment and ribbon from SU. The little snowflake is one that I got from my sweet friend Marlene - thank you again dear! I highlighted the snowballs with Shimmerz from Susana's.

Gift bag - DT RoP

Hej!
Hope your weekend has been great so far. The only bad thing is that it pass way to fast - right? ;-) Sigh....last week was crazy at work and I can tell you - I wish I could be home for a few more days, but life is life.....

I am glad that I at least had some time to alter this gift bag for a friend of mine. Her b'day is coming up soon and she works as a nurse - so what better image could I use than the Nurse Anya from the Greeting Farm collection. I coloured here in with my aquarelle chalks.

The paper is from the Bittersweet Paper Pad set - to be honest - it's really hard to cut that paper - just love it! I also had to try one of the new Bittersweet Glazed Brads - they are also like real jewellery. Ribbon from SU as well as the text stamp.

I can't tell you what's inside - since she might be reading this, but I do hope she will be pleased.

Well - better run downstairs now. Isac and Petar are making Apple Muffins - so I only need to prepare the coffee ;-)
Kramisar and hope that I will get more time next week to create some cards and visit your blogs!
