SCACD Blog Hop

Hej ladies!
It's time for a new fun release over at SCACD. This time I have 2 cards to show you - but first - just in case you get lost. Here's the blog hop order:

ElaineAlex - Kim - Crystal - Danni - Lorraine - Melanie - LoriColleenDianneSuzanne
Anki (me :-)

The first card that I would like to present to you is the one using Sass & Swagger. I decided to also create a card for a very good cause - the Pink Ribbon. So here you have her in all the Pink ;-)

Distressed the DP with my Tim Holtz distresser. Used 2 different laces from stash. Added tons of pink pearls and of course some flowers and a pink little butterfly.

I used City Skyline for my second card. This time I decided to emboss. That was actually ages ago since I did that - but now I remember how fun that is. Will have to create more - especially for X-mas cards. This card I call: Coming home for.... maybe X-mas, New Year or any other special occasion.

I stamped the image with silver ink and then sprinkled the white embossing powder over before heating it up with my embossing gun. Added ribbon from stash, some frost blue pearls and flowers.

Classic Retro's and Street View's can be found * HERE * and for our International friends, you can find them at Quixotic Paperie * HERE *

Hope you like them. Looking fwd to hear from you before you pop over to the store to get your hands on these.

Lady bug

Hej friends!
Today I have a little mini-card to show you where I used Breezy Going.
I love this Ladybug DP (that I got at our local craft shop - Pysselakuten) so much that I didn't want to cover it at all. That's why you only see pearls and a ribbon on this card - except for the cute little stamp of course.

Coloured her with my copics as always.
Have a wonderful day!

Baby Tilda

Hallo friends!

Some of you got to see this little baby girl on my FB page yesterday. My neighbours daughter Alexandra and her boyfriend Tobias got a baby girl named Tilda earlier this week. We wanted to give her a little present and of course I needed to make a card for this cute baby girl.

I was going trough my stamps and realized that I didn't have that many baby stamps - so what could I do? Well - I decided to draw one myself instead. (Nice sometimes that I need to take the time to illustrate something myself) So here she is - a quick sketch (approx 30 min) and colouring with copics:
DP: Marianne
Image: Babygirl - illustrated by myself
Embellies: lace from SU and some pearls
Sentiment: from Aud design
Flowers and leaves from my stash.

Hope you like her!

Colouring: Copics

Hope you like it and have wonderful weekend! Tomorrow Isac starts the local ice-skating school - we'll see how that goes.

New BnW Challenge

Happy Monday ladies!
Time flies and it's already time for a new BnW challenge. This time Elise would love to see your favorite Elisabeth Bell image. I had a hard time picking just one - but I decided to pick one for this specific time of the year - Scarecrow and Little Wizard. I think it's a total adorable image.

Colouring: Copics
DP and ribbon from SU
Embellies: buttons from stash and leaves cut out with my punch.

Good morning friends!

Today I'm going to a local scrapevent here in the village where I live. 50 ladies will be scrapping the whole day between 10-22 and yes - we will served breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between. For me that's total luxury :-)

It also seems like the heavy rain now has gone away - so it could be one of those wonderful Sunny Autumn days. Just like the one below with the new cute stamp "Pumpkin Patch Peeker".

I coloured the image with my copics. As you see - I made the smaller pumpkins look like the "decoration pumpkins" that ou can get in the flower shops (at least here in Sweden). I also wanted it to look like she's out on the field - after they've harvest the crop.

The matching Autumn DP is from SU as well as the ribbon. I didn't want to add anything else - because I didn't want to cover the lovely DP or the image.
Sentiment is from Whimsy (two stamps - tag and word).

Hope you like her!
Have a wonderful weekend!

On the way........

Hej ladies!
How are you these days? Has fall arrived yet? Here in Sweden we are experiencing what we call "November weather" -and with that - I mean rain, rain and rain.......
Today I have a short post for you - showing this cutie "Country ride". I decided to use Lynda's colour challenge red, blue and yellow for this card.
Hope you like it!
I also have a question for you - which one of the SweetArt girls is your favorite?
Also - don't forget to join us over at our BnW Challenge.

Hello ladies!
Have you been shopping this weekend? Hope you got your hands on these new cuties from the Holiday Peekers collection. I decided to create a little mini-card - yes I'm in to these lately - don't know why - but it's fun with a change from the normal 6x6. This time I also made a X-mas card (yes - I'm totally suprised - because this is not like me at all and I've already finished a few - must be all these new cute images that Susana is releasing)

I didn't want to cover the DP or the image -so not much embellies, except for the pearls:-).
Colouring: Copics
Sentiment: from Whimsy

Sending you warm hugs,
