I've used the Belinda with Teddy from the SweetArt girls release.
Coloured her with copics and played with the different colours to create a more "rainbow" coloured shadow ;-) The Sentiment below is created by using an adhesive "rub-on" and velvet flock.
Here's my finished card - using a different DPs from my stash, pearls, flowers and lace. Oh - I almost forgot - added a touch of stickles on the flowers.
