Mini cards for you

One of my neighbours asked my why I don't start making some cards that are small enough for bouquets of flowers etc. I had not thought of that and I guess that it becomes a habit - the size that you normally make your cards for. Anyhow - I purchased some different sizes of clear envelopes at RoP and the 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 are just perfect for these kind of cards.

So here you have some that I've made. It's not easy to fit in several layers when the cards are this tiny, but I I must say that I had tons of fun. I managed to fit in some flowers and blings...hihi..
First you have these 2 with the Lockhart images
- Chintz Butterfly from SCACD
and then Ms Bumbly's Bouquet from Inky Antics - one of my very first stamps - isn't she cute?

I coloured them all with my copics - I am loving them more and more;-)
Well - that's all for tonight. I will be back tomorrow with my card for the upcoming RoP Challenge.

Sweet dreams everyone,
Anki

Sweet little Julia

Hej!

Another quick post from me - seems to be that way these days. Hope you've had a wonderful weekend. Ours went by too fast as always. Yesterday we had the Christening for my cute little niece Julia. Everything went well and she made sure that we heard her in the church :-))

Of course I had to make some cards for her - so here is one of them. I will post the other one tomorrow afternoon.
I received the new Basic Grey Paper pad "Porcelain" from RoP (thank you Summer - it's gorgeous) and needed to use it right away. The colours were so sweet and were perfect for a Spring or a girly card. Coloured up Tilda and cake with my copics. Added shimmerz to the cake (not sure if you can see it, but...). Some stickles on her socks and dress. Flowers from stash as well as the cross. Ribbon from SU.

I also want to tell you that we now have a Project and Tutorial blog from the DT team at RoP.
This first tutorial for you is from Iris - showing how to make a wonderful candle. Please check in and let us also know what projects/tutorials you would like to see next.

Miss Anya goes shopping

This card is goint to be sent one of my closest friends. She lives in Chicago, so we can not meet up as often as I would like to - but we will always remember our fun years living in Zürich - going downtown for coffee and shopping. That's why I think this little Miss Anya from RoP fits perfectly - don't you think?

The DPs are all from Stampin Up. I am never disappointed when I receive the DPs from them. I always love the colours, the pattern - yes everything. The little Miss Anya is coloured with copics. Sentiment and ribbon from SU. And yes - I got to use my new hatpins that Iris was so kind enough to help me order - thank you sweetie! - and also - it's funny we both thought of the same title for our cards with Miss Anya ;-)

Wish you all a wonderful day.

PS. Sorry for the dark picture, but it's still very dark here during the afternoon and evenings of course...

From the heart

Thank you so much ladies for always being so warm, supporting, generous.... The list can go on and on. I do so appreciate that you take your time to leave a comment here for me to read and to brighten up my day. I have said it before - but I will repeat myself (maybe I'm getting old...hihi......) The world would be a much better place if it was ladies like yourself in charge. You all rock!

I made this card on the scrapevent last weekend - but I think it fits perfect with what I wanted to tell each and one of you visiting my blog. Cardstock, DPs, Ribbon and Sentiment are from SU. The little Anya from RoP is coloured with copics. Shimmerz added to her wings. The pearl hearts are some that I purchased at the scrap event. I also added some Bella Baubles as well.

I have also received this sweet award from Jane - thank you Jane for passing it on to me.

The rules are:

Well - as you might already understand - I can not only pass this on to just 5 to show my Gratitude. Therfore I pass it on to all of you that visit my blog and always put a smile on my face with your sweet comments.
