I'm back from the local scrapevent were approx 80 ladies and 1 guy spent the day crafting between 10-22 - or actually - most of us were already there at 9:-))
It was hosted by our local craftshop Pysselakuten and we did not have to think about anything. Coffee and sandwishes, lunch, afternoon coffee with cake, dinner and then of course drinks, snacks, candy and fruit the whole day. I can tell you - Liza's (the owner for Pysselakuten) hubby needed to fill those bowls several times during the day;-)) You always need sugar when you craft - right?
As always I was pleased to be surrounded with talented ladies and friends. However - this is the first time ever - I did NOT shop. Amazing - right??? ;-))
So now I have some cards to show you and I will post them one by one - so for once I am ahead...hihi...
First out is this little card that I made featuring Young Julia with Purse.
I coloured her with my copics and for once I made her blond (I normally colour her with dark hair. I guess it is because my little niece Julia is the inspiration to this image.)
I cut her out using my nesties of course. Don't know how I could live without them earlier ;-)
Used the DPs from SU - and I know that these are the colours that I normally use during the fall, but I wanted to make a colourful card this time and therefore no soft Spring colours.
Punched out the flowers with my two flower punches purchased at Pysselakuten. Added the spacers that I received from my wonderful friend Marlene and the cute little handbag charm.
Well now I need to finish off those taxdeclarations. The due dates are tomorrow - so not much time left. Hope you will have a wonderful Sunday.
