Summer Time Fun Blog Hop is here

Welcome to the Summer Time Fun Blog Hop with some really cute, fun and fresh stamps illustrated by Victoria Case. First of all - so that you don't get lost - here's the blog hop order:
Kim Heather- Dianne - Danni - Aud - Jennifer - Elaine - Jacquie - Marti - Anki (me;-) - Carolyn -Suzanne

Now on to my card - showing the cute stamp called New Home! Isn't she a doll? And am I happy that I had the matching DPs in my stash??? ;-)

Coloured my image with my copics of course :-) Went for a clean layout - since I did not want to hide too much of the DPs. Added some pearls and crochet flowers.
Hope you like it and I don't want you to wait much longer - so hop on to my sweet DT-sister Carolyn and see what she's been up to. But before you leave - I would love to hear what you think of "New home".

Confirmation time!

Just a very quick post from me today. I don't know what's happening these days - but there does not seem to be any time left for me to spend on cardmaking or visiting your blogs. I do hope things will change soon - so sorry ladies if I have not made it to your blogs lately!

The cards that I wanted to show you today are with Confirmand Matthew from WoJ.
I used SU DPs, but selected two different colours. Coloured Matthew with my copics (hair colour after the instructions from the ladies who ordered them ;-) Always hard to create cards for young men, but I like the way they turned out.

Wishing you a great evening and ladies - I'm hoping to be able to visit your blogs soon!

Oh - and to my cousin Helené - Happy b'day Sis!

Tag it!

Can you believe it - May is almost over! Summertime is here - or?? Well - not yet here in Sweden - but I'm hoping for a warm Summer this year. We def. need it after the winter we had.

So until then - it's time for Day dreaming - and that's the name of the image I used for creating my tag. I used a white coaster (that I got from Angie Juda) and covered that with my DP from SU.

Added some pearls with my Viva Decor Pen - yes - I'm not tired of that yet...*lol* .Used my crop-a-dile and punched the whole in the corner. Attached a little matching ribbon and there you have it.

The very first BnW Challenge is here!

and it's one of our new DT members - Kathy who is the hostess this time!
Sending a warm welcome to the new girls that we have in our team - Kathy, Elise, Audhild, Andrea and Gini! We are so happy that you wanted to join us!

Over to the challenge from our supertalented Kathy - she challenged us with DIY flowers. I was at first struggling with this one - but then I decided to go ahead and use my flower punches and circle punches.

Added a lot of glimmer mist on them and then I creased them and made them dry with my embossing gun. Of course there had to be a pearl brad in the center;-) - and I actually love the way they turned out.
I decided to ink and colour Baking with Nana. I so love this stamp. It's adorable and bring back memories. The DP is from SU.

Hope you will play with us and make sure that you check out what the rest of the girls have been up to!

Tons of hugs,

Anki

Wedding bells?

Happy Saturday from a very hot and sunny Sweden!

We have had a wonderful day - sunny, hot and a fun day outdoors.
Isac got to swim in his pool - so you can imagine what temperature we are experiencing here in Sweden at the moment. Well - we got a little bit rain in the evening - but that was just fresh and cleaned the air.

Just wanted to show you a wedding card that I made for an older couple. I did not think that they were into the cute - so I stamped some SU hearts.

Then I added glass pearls around them and in the flowers. Used my Viva Decor pens for the additional pearl effect on the DP.

Then I added a few pearls on a flower wire. I hope they will like it. I'm not attending the wedding myself - it's for a friend of my sister's Mother-in-law.

Well - better go to bed - hoping for another new sunny day tomorrow! Tons of hugs and as always - love to hear from you!

Sketch time over at SCACD

Hej ladies!

Hope you all are doing fine! I'm a little bit tired. We returned back home from Zürich yesterday and it was a great, great trip! So nice to meet all my friends again and to be able to show Isac where I used to live (well - he's been in Zürich when he was 10 months old - but I don't think he remembers that...hihi......)

This weeks TIOT is a fab sketch from Suzanne! I must say - I loved this one - even though I went for a square instead of a circle for my image.

The image I decided to use and colour with copics is "You have mail" - from the latest Elisabeth Bell release. I think this is a perfect image to use for any occasion. Every teenage girl will recognize themselves - don't you think???

The DPs that I've used are all from SU. Cut out te flowers with my punches. The pearl centers are brads that I've got from SCACD. The swirl is made with my QK (thank you Serena). Oh- and I did create small pearls with my Viva Decor pen on the swirl ;-)

Well - hope you like it! I must say - I'm very pleased with the result - especially since I never use white as my base for my cards. I think I might start doing that more often ;-)

Gift time over at RoP/BnW

Happy Monday to you all!

We are on our way back from Zürich when you are reading this.
Therefore this is a very short post from me to let you know about the challenge over at RoP/BnW.

This time it was my turn to set the challenge - so what do I want you to create? Gifts in anyway you like.

I decided to do this giftbag that I think is just perfect and very quick to put together. I found the tutorial a long time ago over at Angie Juda's blog. She's one talented lady.

Well - her you have the result. Hope you like it and that you stop by our RoP/BnW blog and join us.

Tons of hugs!

Little Rapunzel

Elisabeth has done it again - don't you just love this cute little girl? And her outfit - WOW! I wish it was in real fabric so that I could go out and purchase this cute outfit for my little niece ;-)

I coloured Little Rapunzel with my copics and cut her out with my nesties.
The DPs are all Basic Grey. Added some pearls and flowers and a little pink Raffia Lace.
Oh - and I almost forgot - I got to use my new SU border punch (thank you Lim)
Well -I hope you like her as much as I do. Make sure that you check out my DT-sister's blogs as well and then - pop over to Elisabeth's Digi's and purchase this supercute Little Rapunzel! She's adorable and a dream to colour!

Have fun shopping!!

Should we go for a walk?

It's Friday and I hope you all are going to have a wonderful weekend!

Today I have a very short post for you - since I just wanted to show you this card that I created - using Me and My Buddy. One of my favourite images from the latest E Bell release for SCACD.

Isn't she cute? I totally love her! She looks so stylish when she's taking her little dog for a walk.
Used my SU DPs, added a Magnolia flower in the circle (that I cut out with my nesties) and of course - got to play with my Viva Decor pen - adding some small pearls in the circles of the DP ;-)

Hope you like her as much as I do. Have you created a card using this image? If so - could you link to your card - so that we get a chance to see what you've created?

Gift time!

Hej!

This weeks challenge is to create a gift. I decided to alter a chocolate tin (well - it used to be chocolate in there - hm.....wonder where it went...... :-)

I wanted this to be a little treasure box for a girl - so I coloured "At the horse show" with my copics. The DPs and ribbon that I've used are from SU. Created some pearls with my Viva Decor Pen - of course :-)

This what the tin looks like inside - sentiment sent to me from my supersweet friend Tammi!

Hope you like it!

Never ending card for Mother!

Hej!

Hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday! I did not celebrate - since Mother's Day in Sweden isn't until May 30th. However - I decided to try to make one of these never ending cards. I found the tutorial here and it's actually really easy to make one.

I decided to use Belle Dusting Cuckoo and coloured her with my copics.
The DPs that I used are all from SU (thank you Lim). Roses from RoP, Mor = Mother in Swedish - cut out with my Revolution and I added a few dew drops. I realized later that the roses were maybe a little bit too big - but it works anyway :-) When you open the card - this is what it looks like inside:

The text is a greeting in Swedish for Mom's ;-). Added a SU ribbon and some dew drops.
Then you flip the card again and then it will look like this: - also a little sentiment in Swedish saying Mother, little Mother - is there anyone like you?
Then I will finish the last page of the card - with adding all the names of us 4 daughters with families. Used the same DPs.

Hope you like it and that you dare to try to make one yourself! I promise you - it's great fun!

Also - I hope you remember to apply for our DT call that is open  until May 12th! Read all about it here.

Finally - I want to say Happy b'day Sis (my sister Pernilla turns 40 today!)

Bubbles in the air

Hej ladies!

Happy Thursday to you all! So - what are your plans for this weekend?
Spring cleaning, parties or what?

We are going to celebrate my sister Pernilla on Saturday. She turns 40 on Monday - so it's going to be a lot of fun.

Talking about fun- don't you just love this little girl? I know that I do. I think of my best friend Barrie's little girl - Mya - everytime I see this image "Bubbles". She loved it when her Mom made bubbles when we visited them in Chicago the very first time. Well - I think she still loves it - she's now 3 years old and we can't wait to see her and her little brother Max in Sweden this Summer. Isac and the rest of the Bärgman-Margitin family is excited!

I guess I better make sure that we have tons of bubbles waiting for them when they arrive ;-)

Coloured her with my copics and added Viva Gloss Gel on the bubbles and the hearts.
DP and ribbon from SU. Added flowers and made the pearl centers with my Viva Decor Pen. I received the sentiment from my sweet friend Tammi.

Hugs to you all and hoping to hear from you!

Flowers for you!

Hej!

Time really flies - doesn't it. It almost feels like May already is gone. But before that - we are excited for a short trip to Zürich soon. Can't wait to meet all the friends there and have some Rivella and Sprüngli Champagne Truffles ;-)

Well - today I wanted to show you a little card with the image of Rosie Posy that I received from my supersweet friend Tammi!
Coloured her with my copics and cut her out with my nesties. Created pearls with my Viva Decor pen. Punched out matching paper flowers and got to use my new SU punch for the border (thank you sweet Lim). DP and ribbon is from the Basic Grey "Green at heart" collection.

Hope you like it!

Kramis and it's always nice to hear from you!

Old memories

It's time for another Try it out Tuesday and Suzanne has challenged us to create a card with the "old time look" - using browns, sepias, creams, blacks & grays.

Well - since it's Suzanne who's challenging us - I thought that I would see if I could bring back her memories - using Little Suzanne for my image :-)

Coloured her with my copics and cut her out with my nesties. The hard part was to find some matching DPs - but I went through my stash and found some. Hoping that this will add the "old" feeling to it.

Added some matching Hydrangeas and Bella baubles in the center. Added Vintage stickles on her top.

I really loved this challenge - it really forced me to think outside the box.

Happy Tuesday everyone and hope that you would like to join us.

Yellow, Orange and Pink

Happy Monday girls!

Hope you all are ready for a new challenge over at RoP/BnW after a relaxing weekend?
This week we would love to see Yellow, Orange and Pink on your cards.

Here's  my result - using Belle Vacuuming. Isn't she pretty?? I wish I could look as good when I'm cleaning our house, but nope...I'm just always wishing that no one will come and knock on our door - because I don't want to scare anyone...*lol*
Hope you like her and that you would like to play with us this week! Can't wait to see what you all will come up with. Make sure that you check what my DT-sisters have been up to as well.
